Verse:
For where your treasure is, there your heart will also be."

Thought:
It captures your eye. When you see it, you want all of it.  When you are separated, something seems missing from your life.  You can not imagine it's complete absence.  Treasure, true treasure.  God, family, friends, these are elements of life to treasure.
Hear the Good News, an absence of Christ, is but a memory, for He seeks you out and is a part of your life.  When you accept Him in your heart, that pit in His heart is filled.  He wants you by His side.  He wants all of you.
We have many things that are important to us in our life.  Some things we decide are more important than the others.  If you follow the link above, you will see what Jesus regards as true treasure,  It seems that if we let God, He will provide for us.  That is not to suggest we sit at home and wait for good things to happen.  We ought to keep our eyes and our hearts open to the opportunities that God clothes us with.
Flowers, they really don't have much of a choice about life, maybe that is why they are so beautiful.  Whereas we, who have choices, with Gods inspiration, can be and are as beautiful as those flowers.  Where is your heart?  Work?  Money?  Family?  God?  Friends?  The thing you think about more than everything else, that is your answer.

Prayer:
Lord, my heart, I want it to be solely about You.  I want to awake thinking of You.  I want to fall asleep, thinking of You.  When I am not thinking of You, let me think of others.  By my very nature, I think of myself more than anything else.  I want to be different, moreover, I want to make a difference.  In order to make this difference, I need to start with my heart.  Work within me and help me.  Thank You for all You have done in my life, and all You will continue to do, through Christ our Lord I pray.  Amen.
