Thought:
There
was nothing but chaos, and then God brought order. There was nothing but
darkness, and God brought forth light. He separated the Heavens form the
earth, land from water, life from nothingness. Then to top everything
else, He brings forth Humanity, in His image, no less. Creation, what an
awe inspiring sight it must have been, to witness the birth of not only life,
but Order. The first site of Beauty. The first sight and
experience of purity. Truly an one of a kind.
Hear the Good News, as
we are in Christ, we are like creation in the sense that we are created as a
new person. It is our whole being, past, present and future that
make us as beautiful as creation. In this Lenten season, look with
excitement to what God is doing and will do in your life.
Prayer:
Lord,
I am beautiful, as I am in You and You in me. I will walk as Your
creation, always mindful of the Love You have shown me. Allow me please
to reach out to those who may not know you. Let me introduce or
re-introduce You to them.
Do they really know how long You have been pursuing them? It is
time for them to find out. We lift up special prayers for little Justin
and his mother Rhonda, Cierra, Penny and her family, Brad, and Doris. And as
always, thank You for
all You have done in my life, and
all You will continue to do, through Christ our Lord I pray. Amen.
